The Duraflex Flex 20/20 consists of a 105 mm x 110 mm PVC panel applied with one 100 mm square yellow 3M Diamond GradeTM retroreflective sheet secured to a 50 mm x 100 mm PVC base by a polyethylene / vinyl hinge for flexibility. The base mounts on the top of a standard concrete barrier, and can be secured with fasteners or epoxy.
