Hard, stainless steel disc edge sweeps away tuberculation from the valve seat. On valve sizes 3"-24" the EPDM seat is vulcanized to the full interior of the body and protects body from abrasion by suspended particulate. On valve sizes 30"-36" the seat is easily replaced or adjusted in the field utilizing common hand tools. Series 4700 3"-24"; Series 4750 30"-36".
