FOR ONLINE AGREEMENTS

Thank you for your interest in registering with The Road Authority. Please review the following terms of the registration agreement. Your completion of the information requested shall indicate your acceptance of the terms of this agreement. Please forward your cheque payable to The Road Authority for the applicable set-up and annual fees. Upon our receipt of the foregoing, The Road Authority will establish your listing on its web site.

REQUEST FORM

The client represents and warrants to The Road Authority that all information provided by the client to The Road Authority for posting on The Road Authority's web site is current and accurate and acknowledges that The Road Authority will not independently verify the currency and accuracy of such information. As such, the client shall be responsible for all liability stemming from the use by anyone of such information and shall indemnify and hold The Road Authority harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, or expenses incurred or suffered by The Road Authority as a result of the reliance on or use by anyone of such information.
